感谢你选择 iCadence。下载、安装或使用本 App,即表示你同意本条款。iCadence 还通过 Apple App Store 分发,因此同样适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议(EULA)。本条款与 EULA 不一致之处,以本条款为准(仅限不一致部分)。 Thank you for choosing iCadence. By downloading, installing or using the app you agree to these terms. iCadence is also distributed via the Apple App Store and is therefore subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Where these terms conflict with the EULA, these terms prevail (only to the extent of the conflict).
许可 License
我们授予你一项个人的、非排他的、不可转让的许可,以在你的 iPhone 上为个人非商业目的使用 iCadence。不得对本 App 进行反向工程、修改或再分发。 We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use iCadence on your iPhone for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app.
订阅条款(iCadence Pro) Subscription terms (iCadence Pro)
- Pro 年度订阅为自动续订的年度会员,符合资格的新用户可享免费试用。 Pro Annual is an automatically renewing yearly membership. Eligible new users get a free trial.
- Pro Lifetime为一次性购买,永久解锁 Pro 功能。 Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks Pro features.
- 年度订阅将在当前订阅周期结束前自动续订,除非你提前至少 24 小时取消。你可以在 Apple ID 的订阅管理中随时管理或取消订阅。 The annual subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- 实际价格、免费试用资格及当地货币价格以 App Store 购买页面显示为准。付款由 Apple 处理。 Actual pricing, trial eligibility and local currency prices are shown on the App Store purchase page. Payment is processed by Apple.
- 免费试用期内取消,不会收取费用;如未取消,试用期结束后将按年度自动续订。 Cancel during the trial to avoid any charge; otherwise the subscription renews annually once the trial ends.
