The hardest part of learning a language isn’t the grammar book — it’s answering “what does this word have to do with me?”

Textbooks teach you apple and banana, but the vocabulary of your real life is the mug on your desk, the plant by the window, the toy in your kid’s hand. Those words aren’t in any word list, but they’re all around you.

It starts with a photo

PicFizz’s idea is direct: snap something around you, it recognizes the object, cuts it out, and generates a word sticker.

Photo → object → word sticker.

Your home, your office, your street — that’s the textbook.

Stickers, not flashcards

We deliberately made the learning unit a “sticker” rather than a traditional flashcard. A sticker is something you collect, place, and share. It carries a playful lightness that makes “one more snap” feel natural.

The best state for language learning is barely noticing that you’re learning at all.
